VERMELL RESTAURANT
Our kitchen team, lead by Chef Germán Espinosa, is always surprising us. It is a group of young, very enthusiastic professionals, with a great creative flair. Their cuisine is prepared using seasonal products and with a noticeable Mediterranean style, full of healthy properties, which vary from season to season. It is well-known for its excellent quality of produce.

Evenings Monday to Saturday from 8.30pm until 11pm.
Closed on Sunday evenings.
We close for the holidays during the first three weeks of August.
