Our kitchen team, lead by Chef Germán Espinosa, is always surprising us. It is a group of young, very enthusiastic professionals, with a great creative flair. Their cuisine is prepared using seasonal products and with a noticeable Mediterranean style, full of healthy properties, which vary from season to season.
